Preliminary Environmental Report (PER) is document which serves as an assessment and planning tool to guide the evaluation of environmental impacts and potential mitigation and monitoring efforts associated with a proposed project within the Emirates of Abu Dhabi. The objective of a PER Report is to provide EAD with sufficient description of the environmental baseline conditions, the probable impacts of the proposed project, and the associated mitigation and monitoring efforts for the proposed project at the specified site.
